By accessing familiarpetsitter.com and submitting a pack spot application you agree to the following terms:

Services The Familiar Pet Sitter provides exclusive pack walks and pack boarding for vetted pack members in the Santa Cruz Mountains area. All services are subject to availability and pack approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee a pack spot — all dogs must complete a meet and greet introduction before joining the pack.

Pack Membership Pack membership is granted at the sole discretion of The Familiar Pet Sitter. We reserve the right to decline or remove any dog from the pack if they pose a safety risk to other pack members, our staff, or the public.

SMS and Email Communications By submitting our contact form and providing your phone number you consent to receive SMS and email communications from The Familiar Pet Sitter related to your inquiry and our services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

Liability The Familiar Pet Sitter takes every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pack members. By enrolling your dog in our services you acknowledge that outdoor pack walks involve inherent risks and agree to hold The Familiar Pet Sitter harmless from any injury, loss, or damage except in cases of gross negligence.

Payment Service rates are communicated directly and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payment terms are agreed upon between The Familiar Pet Sitter and the client prior to service beginning.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
